Job Duty Function Instructor for Adult Organizational/Learning and Leadership
Job Duties/Responsibilities

Instructor in one or more of the following Adult Organizational/Learning and Leadership courses not taught by current faculty; dependent on enrollment. AOLL 570, Introduction to Research; AOLL 574, Transformational Learning; AOLL 507, Future of Education and Work; AOLL 581, Theory Practices & Challenges; AOLL 583, Organizational Leadership; AOLL 577, Organizational Development, AOLL 510, Foundations of Human Resource Development, AOLL 528, Program Planning, Development and Evaluation; AOLL 526, Instructional Design; AOLL 560, Career Development in Organizations; AOLL 573, Adult Learners; AOLL 575, Strategies for Facilitating Adult Learning


Minimum Qualifications

•Master’s degree.
•Have experience in content area

Preferred Qualifications

•Ph.D. in Adult Education; Organizational Leadership or closely related field.
•Teaching experience in Adult and/or Organizational Learning
•Have familiarity in working with distance learning technology (i.e., Bblearn)
